Is TradeNest free for customers?
Yes. Customers can register, search for traders and send enquiries without a membership charge.
How do I contact a trader?
Open a business profile and use the enquiry option. You will need to sign in with a customer account.
Does TradeNest carry out the work?
No. The businesses on TradeNest are independent. Work, quotations and payments are agreed directly between the customer and the trader.
Are traders verified?
A profile being listed does not mean identity, qualifications, insurance or workmanship have been independently verified. Check relevant evidence yourself before appointing a trader.
Can businesses register for free?
Yes. Businesses can create a trader account and submit a profile for administrator approval.
Are paid memberships available?
Paid memberships are planned. They should not be purchased until the payment and membership features have been completed and launched.
How can I report an issue?
Use the Contact page to explain the concern, including the relevant business name or message details where appropriate.
